RULES & REGULATIONS
- 1) Delegates must send their photographs to shuttermedicsosmecon2022@gmail.com along with their Registration ID and a photo of passport size.
- 2) The last date for submission is 17th Aug 2022.
- 3) Each participant is allowed only one entry for the competition.
- 4) Description about the photograph, within 100-150 words, has to be attached in the form of a word document (.doc / .docx) along with the photo.
- 5) The photograph (less than 10 MB in size) should be in .nef/.jpg/.png format.
- 6) The best photographs will be displayed on all three days of the conference.
- 7) Plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification.
- 8) Winner will be declared in the valedictory ceremony only.
